- Internet connection Berlin consisting of 2 x 2Gbit data lines with an IP package of 8 IP addresses Performance features are required (exclusion criteria): - Provision of a redundant Internet data line with a guaranteed bandwidth of 2Gbit/s each in the upstream and downstream (synchronous) - Scalability up to 10Gbit/s per line - Reliability between the two lines (switchover if one line fails) - Ensuring an average availability of 99.9% on an annual average - SLAs: The maximum response time in the event of disruptions is 4 hours, then must the service has started; The maximum troubleshooting time is 8 hours after notification of the fault - The latency must be = 10 ms on average - the data volume must be unlimited - provision of a public ip address range of at least 8 freely available ip4 addresses
