HBS has been using the ERP system MS Dynamics NAV (former navigation) for about 18 years. The software is used both in the Berlin Foundation Center as well as in the currently over 35 foreign offices as part of financial planning and controlling. An ERP system (so-called enterpriseResource Planning) supports companies - including the HBS - to automate business processes and thereby plan, control and manage them efficiently. The functions and workflows of these sub -areas are based onMost of its own developments and HBS-specific adjustments to the software.
