Initial situation The West Palatinate Clinic is a Decentralized healthcare provider with around 4,000 employees, several locations, different professional groups and a high proportion of employees without a permanent PC workstation. Internal communication currently takes place via several, sometimes parallel channels (e.g. e-mail, intranet, notices, personal distribution) that do not reach all employees equally. The aim is therefore to introduce a central, digital and mobile communication platform that all employees Reliably achieved regardless of workplace, activity or device. 2. Objective of the project The aim of the project is to introduce a white label employee app as the central one Internal communication tool. The app should:  the internal one Standardize and accelerate information distribution  Ensure the accessibility of all employees  Strengthen identification with the clinic  Reduce informal communication channels that are problematic in terms of data protection  one create a binding, controllable communication channel The solution should be usable, scalable and expandable in the long term.
