Messe Berlin UG plans the procurement of a software solution (SaaS) for a Digital Contract Management/ Contract Lifecycle Management. The aim is the introduction of a standard -related, web -based solution for central administration, control, evaluation, control and archiving of contracts for the legally specified retention periods or manually specified deadlines With an interface to be defined to SAP S4/HANA via Enterprise Service Bus.
