• The State Office for Social Affairs and Care is the position in the state of Brandenburg, which will be responsible for the implementation of the financing of the professional nursing training training, university care training and in the future of nursing training. The financing of the professional and University care training takes place via a compensation fund at the state level. It includes the operating costs of nursing schools, the additional costs of the training allowance and the costs of practical training. In the compensation fund, all approved hospitals and all approved Outpatient and inpatient care facilities, regardless of whether they train or not. The respective federal state as well as social and private nursing insurance are also involved in the financing of the compensation fund as direct payers. The training costs become from the compensation fund the training of nursing care, university care training and in the future also financed by the training of nursing care, in which the relevant funds are paid to the training hospitals, inpatient care facilities and outpatient care services. The contractor must provide specialist software and a database after the order is awarded. The target group of users consists of care facilities and nursing schools that are involved in the procedure according to the nursing network. The specialist procedure software should be used for the examination, evaluation and support processing of the submitted data.
