Description:
Saarland-Heilstaetten GmbH (SHG) is a non-profit hospital operator under public law based in Saarbruecken and at the same time the parent company of the SHG Group, which operates several hospitals in the Saarbruecken regional association, in the Birkenfeld district and in Merzig, Rehabiliwards, service and educational facilities in the field of health care with over 2,000 beds. The SHG employs around 5,500 highly qualified employees. State-of-the-art medical equipment constantly ensures optimal patient care*and those undergoing rehabilitation.
In order to meet the complex requirements of basic digitization and the Hospital Future Act (KHZG) in a value-added and sustainable manner, the Saarland Heilstaetten intend to set up discharge management in the form of a transition platform,via which patients can be transferred or released for aftercare. The services are to be provided as software as a service ("SaaS") in a cloud.
