Introduction of a low-voltage cockpit and automation of local network stations Stadtwerke Oranienburg is conducting a tender with the aim of procuring a low-voltage network control system in order to meet the requirements of Section 14a EnWG/Section 9 EEG to be able to. The tender also includes the collection and provision of data from local network stations at the MS/LV level. The subject of the procurement for the low-voltage network control system is: - Procurement of the hardware and software - The determination of the network status (according to VDE tenor number 2f) in the low-voltage level for approx. 160 local network stations with stitch-fed meshed low-voltage networks - detection of limit violations in low-voltage networks and the triggering of Control commands to reduce (according to VDE tenor number 2c) the feed-in power of controllable consumption devices. - Establishing interfaces between the low-voltage network control system and IT systems of the Oranienburg public utility company, such as: E.g.: o GIS system o ERP o market communication system, o aEMT system o pEMT system o metering system o ... Procurement features for the provision of data from local network stations at the MS/LV level are: - Conversion of MS switchgear to remote control operation (Remote control operation takes place with the MS network control system) - Recording and transferring switch position messages, measured values and short-circuit indicators from the MS levels to the MS-Net network control system...
