Introduction SBD T1
Airport Stuttgart GmbH is a developer, the installer and complete operator of the Stuttgart Airport as well as providers of all related services. As part of the projectthe expansion of the infrastructure in Terminal 1 with SBD is planned. 2nd Level Support (Field Service) is provided by the FSG. It will be a 2-stopProcess is used based on an application provided for all users (CUWS) in accordance with IATA RP 1741. The contract term for Terminal 1 is 5 years, plus an optional 2x 6 months. Any coordination with the users (airlines) takes place in coordination with the FSG.
