Description:
The WBM housing association Berlin-Mitte mbH manages approx. 34,000 apartments and 310,000m2 of commercial space. For integration into the Spartacus CAFM system, a structured inventory data recording of residential/commercial units and outdoor facilities takes place. The goal is the digital preparation of space and Equipment data (e.g. for planning, marketing, energy certificates) in CAFM-compatible formats (DWG, PDF, XLSX, CSV). The basis is a framework contract with individual calls. Scope of services: laser scanning, floor plans, surface calculations (DIN 277, WOFLV, GIF, IPMS), room books, facade directories, Outdoor facilities including equipment elements, accessories and additional services such as rental mirror features, 360 recordings, 3D models, drone measurement. Billing according to actually recorded area according to the price sheet.
