Expression procedure in the course of market exploration The Bavarian State Institute for Agriculture (LFL = client) plans to carry out the 1st screening test of the examination of potato samples to bacterial ring rot (CS), mechanical disease (RS) and potato viruses. The number of potato samples to be examined is approximately 900 per year, which the contractor must be examined for both CS/RS and viruses. In addition, there are approximately 900 samples per year, which the contractor can only be examined for CS/RS. Part of these samples are examined by the client for viruses. These samples must be transported to the LFL for the bacterial examination after the navel end has been removed and are examined there for viruses. The investigating laboratory (= the contractor) must already be named as a 'official laboratory' for all work steps in accordance with Art. 37 of the Regulation (EU) for all work steps, for work step 3 also in accordance with Art. 60 of the Ordinance (EU) 2016/2031 'Closed system' or 'quarantine station' or meet the requirements in order to be named as such before order acceptance.
