The research project “Harassment and Violence in Personal Services: Effective Measures and Design Principles to Protect Workers” addresses the need for action articulated in the law on ILO Convention 190 for a world of work without harassment and violence. The project works on the current state of scientific research reliable findings on harassment and violence in personal services (pDL2), expands this and derives design principles for prevention.
