Description:
The building of the hospital in Losheim was built in 1879 and served over many years of medical care in the region. The hospital (currently approx. 13,100 m2 gross area and 6,200 m2 usable area - without associated access areas as well as without storage and technology rooms -) has been In 2020, no longer used for medical care. There are currently one in a sub -area
Kindergarten with crib and a special school. There is also a dialysis center in the current hospital. The entire clinic site consisting of the hospital with three full floors In addition to the basement as well as other buildings, green areas and parking spaces (see the site plan and site plan with aerial photo), future -oriented revitalized. The area is designated as a renovation area. The total area is 21,821 m2.
