Description:
In the present case, the clinics of the city of Cologne gGmbH intends to procure at least 100 charging cabinets, lot 2 "charging cabinets", the order "iPads, charging cabinets and signature pads". Los 1 "iPads" and Los 3 "Signature Pads" were separated due to urgency within the meaning of Section 15 (3) of the VGV procured.
A maximum of 150 charging cabinets can be called up under the framework agreement for Los 2 "charging cabinets".
It is pointed out that the services of the order "iPad, charging cabinets and signature pads" are financed from funds from the hospital future fund (KHZF) the construction and resilience facility (ARF) of the European Union is refinanced. In this respect, the procurement of the benefits at issue is also subject to the relevant legal conditions.
