Description:
The Leibniz Institute for Polymer Research Dresden e.V. (IPF) plans to purchase a high-resolution 500 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer (NMR), (hereinafter referred to as "new device") in addition to an existing 500 MHz NMR spectrometer, (hereinafter referred to as "existing device"). The new device is intended for special tasks, including the characterization of macromolecules at normal and high temperatures. It should also be available for coupling with high-performance separation methods and ensure reliable, safe and long-term use. About the business In order to be able to implement the new and existing device in the existing laboratory space, the existing device must be modernized. The modernization of the existing device is also necessary due to the high age of some components in order to ensure long-term continued use and to increase the flawless performance ensure technical availability. The existing NMR spectrometer is used for the routine examination of individual and group orders of samples from internal and external clients as well as for regular measurement operations as part of NMR automation.
