- The BA plans the procurement (purchase) of the Apple iPhone 16E for a framework contract with an contractor for the lifecycle or to cover the additional and replacement requirement. The present tender contains the call and nationwide delivery of the services mentioned below: - Contract-free Apple iPhone 16E including The associated original Apple accessories Display protection (attached) protective covers (attached) The latest iOS version (assignment and rebooking) in the device enrollment program (DEP) the latest iOS version. For the above iPhone 16e with the attached display protection and the attached protective covers (non-optional services) is a total of 3,900 pieces. This acceptance amount is guaranteed for the term of the contract. The estimated acceptance including the minimum purchase quantity is overall 4,400 pieces. There is no acceptance obligation beyond the minimum acceptance mentioned. Optional services-(replacement) display protection iPhone 16E. -(replacement) protective covers for the iPhone 16E. -Original Apple USB-C Power adapter (power supply) with min. 20 watts or comparable* USB-C power supply -Original Apple Earpods (USB-C) or comparable* bilateral in-ear headphones. *Alternative/comparable products must (at least) (at least) have the same quality, functionality and identical performance as the original Apple product and via the complete compatibility with the iPhone 16E and have corresponding MSI certification. The list of services includes statements at maximum quantities. These maximum quantities represent the procurement law upper limit for the use of the framework agreement.
