The wastewater association Heidelberg operates a municipal system laid out to 360,000 E+EGWDenitrification and chemical phosphate. The front-bore is fed from an unearthly tank system, which consists of 2 GfK containers of 25 m³ of content.
Due to the mud properties, via theWinter months (late autumn to spring) a product change to a combination product made of iron and aluminum. The iron delivery is reduced or completely exposed to this period. The product change / product combination depends on the mud properties. About the exactPeriod / duration of the changeover can therefore not be given more specific information. An annual consumption of approx. 350 t of iron is calculated for the period 2025 to 2027.
The ironis to be delivered as an iron-III chloride solution or iron-III chloride-sulfate solution. The active substance must be 10 % iron.
