Description:
The Leibniz Center for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) in Muencheberg intends to buy an isotope spectrometer including the associated periphery for integration into the existing isotope laboratory.
As part of a wide variety of third-party funds, dynamics of the water, carbon and nitrogen households are examined in agricultural landscapes. Highly heterogeneous samples in natural abundance and artificially labeled samples are expected. These should be measured in a solid and liquid form (see detailed performance under service description).
The to be obtained Isotope mass spectrometer including the associated peripheral should meet the following features:
- Isotope mass spectrometer with high -precision measurement (continuous gas flow measurement: at least 0.10/00 for 13c, 15n and 18o. As well as at least 0.30/00 for 2 hours) of isotope conditions of carbon In CO2 (13c), nitrogen in N2 (15N), oxygen in CO (18o) and hydrogen in 2h (2h)
- Space -saving design (height, width and depth below 1m)
- Low noise (under 70 dB or less)
- Free fractionation of samples and carrier gas
- Elementary analyzer for measuring festivals Samples (13c, 15n) and the hardware required for this (probe plate with at least 80 positions)
- Elementary analyzer for measuring fixed and liquid samples (2h and 18o) as well as the hardware required for this (trial plate and car freight with at least 80 positions)
