  • The subject of the tender is IT development services for the creation of a digital waterbook, also known as a water register. It is an agile software development contract, the primary goal of which is to create a central database with a uniform structure forWater management objects. This is intended to include all associated permits and rights and have user -friendly, intuitive surface. The first phase of the project includes the structure and implementation of a database according to an existing data model.This model is further developed by a separately commissioned waterbook consultant. Technically, an SQL-based database is planned that integrates open source services such as PostgIs for the presentation of cartographic information. With a view to the further development of the water center, theDevelopment focus is initially on the area of ​​water withdrawal, which is given the highest priority. The prioritization of other types of approval that is recorded in a waterbook takes place at the start of the project. This structured approach is intended to have a comprehensive, efficient andFuture -oriented solution for the digital administration of water management data.
