A majority of the buildings have structured cabling. As part of the framework agreement, the HZB plans to... Commissioning of the following services: - Delivery and installation of rack systems. - Assembly of server systems and active network components in existing rack systems. - Electrical installation of the cabinet systems (connection to distribution, grounding, potential equalization, fine protection). - Delivery and assembly of electrical connections and cable management systems. - Connection of UPS systems. - Delivery of the required small parts (rail systems, shelves, cage nuts, etc.). - Delivery and installation (patching) of fiber optic and Cat.7 patch cables. - Testing, documentation and troubleshooting of the existing cabling (also including the active network components). - Planning and carrying out smaller cabling work: o Tertiary cabling using copper technology o Installation and delivery of parapet ducts, data sockets, patch panels and installation cables o Secondary cabling using fiber optic technology (single and...
