Description: The German Foundation for Engagement and Volunteer Assort (DSEE) took her work in Neustrelitz in July 2020. The public-law Foundation is a joint venture of the Federal Ministry of Family, Seniors, Women and Youth, the Federal Ministry of the Interior, Building and Home and the Federal Ministry of Nutrition and Agriculture.
The DSE intends to build an IT support service structure for NPO in Germany. After the DSE has evaluated the results of the project, it would like to integrate IT support into the regular NPO performance / service offerings.
The subject of the contract is the structure and care of an IT hotline for NPO (advice and support of the NPO in the field of IT).
Optionally, the contractor must also offer the IT hotline in 2023 and 2024.
