The subject of the contract is the maintenance, care and troubleshooting of the hardware and software to maintain functionality. The maintenance and maintenance service includes ensuring the operational readiness of the hardware, monitoring, software maintenance and support, installation work and software management (updates, support, licenses). Only trained, expert personnel who have at least a qualification as an IT specialist or equivalent training may be used to provide the services.
