The existing knowledge transfer platform "Resilir" enables the state of research on the subject of resilience to make it accessible to a broad public. On the other hand, functionalities and content for self -assessment as well as independent training of personal resilience and personalTo enable stressful life. The IT service order with a term of 3 years is used to further develop the technological development and functional expansion of the web-based knowledge transfer tool. The further development of the web application aims at integrating other target groups of theGeneral population through additional configuration options and content, more needs -based control of the training, based on the results of self -assessment and the additional possibility of interaction with resilience experts.
