The ITDZ Berlin plans to conclude a framework contract for legal-strategic advice. The aim is to support particularly complex or far -reaching strategic issues without procurement law in order to make practical solutions in accordance with current case law and legislationTo ensure.
The tender includes legal advice, support in the implementation of specialist workshops, legal representation and contractual creation in the following areas of law: public economic law, IT law (including IT security), civil law, IP law, labor law, aid law,Household law, real estate law and social security law, unless there is a connection to procurement law.
The framework agreement runs over four years and is intended to ensure flexible, short -term availability of legal advice
without accepting acceptance for the client.
