Description:
The subject of the procedure is the procurement of a cloud-based software solution to support central ITSM processes (ITSM software) including implementation (by the contractor) for integration into the existing system landscape and commissioning up to minimum operation (MVP) within five (5) months, as well as (1) support and maintenance of the solutions offered, (2) Support of the AG in the further implementation of the project (after commissioning the MVP project) and (3) other projects. The exact scope of services only results from the tender documents, in particular Services, contract documents and requirements catalog. The optional procurement of further modules and other optional support services are advertised. The Bavarian Supply Chamber (BVK) is a state senior authority of the Free State of Bavaria, based in Munich.
