Description:
IV-System_Sonnnensimulator The Institute for Solarenergief Research GmbH (ISFH) updates its system park for the characterization of silicon and tandem solar cells. An LED sun simulator with cell tester function is to be purchased, which allows silicon wafers with an edge length of illuminate up to 230 mm homogeneously. The suggestion should be approx. 1200 W/m2 and this should be reproduced on 1.5g with an A +++ classification. At least 20 LEDs should be used here. The system is mainly to be determined by the light characteristic of solar cells, but also Dark characteristic and preferably ISCVOC characteristic should be supported.
