Description:
As part of the DLR's quantum computing initiative, quantum computers using ion trap technology are being built in a clean room provided by the DLR at the Hamburg Innovation Center in collaboration between industry and DLR. A specific machine will be used to equip the new clean roomhinenpark for the production, processing and integration of ion trap chips and related quantum technologies. As part of this tender, a solution for treating the exhaust air from various manufacturing processes is to be procured. This affects, among other things, the production facilities ffor plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD), reactive ion etching (RIE) and gas phase etching. The contractor is responsible for delivery and installation of the system in the client's laboratory premises, acceptance/commissioning and training in accordance with the specification.
