Jahnschule Huenfeld, conversion and modernization, demolition and dismantling work BA 4
The district committee of the Fulda district, represented by the specialist service Building management, intends to convert and modernize the Huenfeld Jahnschule. The focus of the measures is the basic renewal the technical building equipment as well as the building -internal reorganization of functional areas and usage units. Furthermore, the expansion of the building through a single -storey cultivation and a barrier -free elevator is planned.
Basically, there is renewal in the entire building the technical building equipment and in large parts of the interior surfaces (slope ceilings, floor coverings, wall cladding, etc.).
For this purpose, the total measure is divided into four construction phases, of the two construction phases (2nd BA + 3.BA) take place in parallel.
The subject of this service description are the demolition and dismantling widths of the 4th phase of construction.
