Jahnschule Huenfeld, conversion and modernization, shell construction work BA 4
The focus of the measures is the fundamental renewal of the technical Building equipment as well as the building instant reorganization of functional areas and usage units. Furthermore, the expansion of the building through a single -storey cultivation and a barrier -free elevator is planned.
Basically, the technical is renewed in the entire building Building equipment and in large parts of the interior surfaces (slope ceilings, floor coverings, wall coverings, etc.).
To do this, the total measure is divided into four construction phases, of the two Construction phases (2nd BA + 3.BA) take place in parallel.
The subject of this service description are the shell construction work of the 4th construction phase.
The following work must be carried out in a total of three local construction sections:
