Description:
The overall measure for the Jenisch Haus includes structural renovation and modernization work as well as extensive restoration work.
In this procedure, the services of technical building equipment LPH 3-9 in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021 for the following plant groups areInvolved:
1. Abrass, water and gas systems,
2. heat supply systems,
3. air-technical systems,
4th strong current system,
5. Persons and information technology systems,
6. Funding systems,
7. Use-specific systems and process engineering systems,
8. Building automation and automation ofEngineering structures.
The technical building equipment essentially requires the following measures:
• Renewal of the basic lighting (renewal exhibition lighting takes place via exhibition planner or separate lighting planning)
• Upgrading the outdoor area in the listed parkLighting in coordination with the monument protection office
• Installation of funding systems in the course of improving accessibility (in particular construction of a passenger elevator)
• Technical upgrading or renewal of the outdated security, ventilation, heating and IT systems
• RenewalSanitary facilities
• Renewal of outdated electrical installations
• Renewal parts of lightning protection on the roof (possibly due to the roof renovation)
