Conception and implementation of a measure for activation and professional integration in accordance with Section 16 Paragraph 1 SGB II i. "BEAT - Wernigerode" The main objective of the service advertised here is the implementation of a low-threshold offer for Customers with a migration background who have to bridge a certain waiting period to take part in a language or repeat language course. The participants should be divided into 3 groups. required Literacy lessons. to be able to identify participating people in one of the corresponding groups. Essentially both an appropriate orientation and the teaching of how to deal properly with the local conditions, medical care, communication with the responsible offices or authorities and establishing contact with the network partners involved, as well as one Case-specific support in finding a suitable language course and imparting knowledge about the regional job market. In addition, all relevant professional skills, which may have already been acquired abroad, for example, should be comprehensive recorded and integrated into an associated application training (e.g. when creating a CV).
