Description:
The tasks and processes assigned to the Rhineland Regional Association must be regularly assessed with regard to the resources required. Part of this is the objective determination of the number of positions required and thus the personnel requirements, with the aim of an appropriate and economicalhen performance of the tasks.
The subject of the order is the rental and installation of a software solution for the electronic job requirement determination in the public service, including advice on the implementation of the software, support and the provision of legally required updates via a VEarnings term of 4 years (annual payments). The software solution must be an on-premise solution.
