Description:
A new NTW and art teaching building with a self-learning center is to be built at the Johanneum high school. This construction work includes the expanded timber construction. Extended timber construction includes the following trades: carpentry and wood construction work, Roof sealing and plumbing work, window and exterior doors including sun protection systems Extended timber construction consisting of carpentry and timber construction work, roof sealing and plumbing work, windows and doors including sun protection systems Work and Assembly planning for a two-story building with predominantly wood as a supporting structure; approx. 3,000 square meters of cross-laminated timber ceilings in different thicknesses; approx. 620 sqm of non-load-bearing timber frame wall of different thicknesses; approx. 1,400 sqm load-bearing wooden frame wall; approx. 750 sqm load-bearing cross-laminated timber wall; Elevator shaft in wooden construction (2 floors); approx. 1,300 square meters of facade cladding with pre-greyed Douglas fir; 2 flights of stairs made of CLT; Approx. 2,000 square meters of roof area with barrier membranes and sloped insulation; Execution as extensive and in some areas intensive green roof; approx. 80 pieces of wood-aluminium windows with triple glazing and different sizes; approx. 13 external doors; Approximately 85 square meters of post and transom facade in the entrance area Doc Title: Johanneum Gymnasium - New building Specialist teaching building NTW and art with self-study center Contract Type: works
