The construction project is located in the city of Breisach on the Rhine.

Breisgaustrasse 4, 79206 Breisach on the Rhine.
The Julius-Leber school is to be extensively renovated and expanded in several construction phases in the coming years. The subject of this tender is the
construction phases 1 and 2, which will be implemented in around two years from the summer of 2025:
•Appeared measures: Circular reductions
• Construction phase 1: Approval and extension GTS (all -day school with cafeteria)
• Bau phase 2: New construction secondary level with connection to the existing building
In a further 3rd construction phase (not the subject of this tender), the construction of thePrimary level.
For billing reasons, construction phases 1 and 2 are advertised in separate titles, even if the services are identical. This leads to repetitions of services or positions in this tender.
The existing school campus was in the 1960sbuilt according to designs of the
urban building. From north to south, the original development comprises a two-storey, lower cellar building on Breisgaustrasse ("AES building"), the three-storey sub-cellar main building and adjacent to it and connected with covered opportunities...
