Due diligence consulting services for participation in a project developer in the onshore wind sector Announcement reference number: 2024-01-WWN The Westfalen Weser Group intends to invest in a project developer in the onshore wind energy sector with 50% (target company). TueThe target company (the company to be acquired) currently has 15 employees who work primarily in project development. A key component of the value is a project pipeline of around 1,000 MW, which is spread across around 35 projects. The individual projects should each be in a GmbHbe granted. Independent project financing is provided for each project. It is expected that the first contracts for the construction of the systems (system manufacturers, civil engineers, etc.) will be concluded. The participation takes place through a deposit and an expansionrb from the current owner. The financing of the investment should, if necessary, take place through project financing in a separate company that has yet to be founded.
