- A general planner is being sought for the construction of a new accommodation building.
Creation of a functional service description: interdisciplinary planning for buildings, electrical, HVAC, structural planning, civil engineering, outdoor facilities, traffic systems, building physics, engineering surveying, subsoil as a basis for commissioning a general contractor to construct a building.
The project document should be developed and the general contractor should be supported (quality assurance) after being commissioned.
The accommodation building will be built in the JVA-Stadelheim.
The area data according to DIN 277-1:2016-1 amount to:
HNF (NUF) 2,877 sqm, NNF (NUF) 138 sqm, technology (TF) 75 sqm
The floors will consist of a partial basement, ground floor and two upper floors and contain a total of 200 detention spaces in the form of individual and shared detention cells.
The preliminary one The construction cost framework amounts to €40.4 million gross for KG 200-600 and €34.4 million gross for KG 300+400.
