Description:
The city of Mainz plans the replacement building of building A of the Kanonikus-Kir Realschule + technical college (KKR). After demolition
of the existing building, a four -storey school building with a two -field sports hall
is built at the same location. During the construction phase, the school is in school building Band a container construction. (see system). The
building B is to be dismantled after interim use.
The city of Mainz is looking for an office for planning the scientific spaces for performance phases 1 - 9 according to HOAI 2021. The planning includes:
1. Relocation of two physics rooms from buildingsA in building B (inventory should be used further)
2. New planning of 6 scientific rooms for the new four-storey school building (formerly Gbauen A)
