Heating/cooling II (heating/cooling sails) KARLA Administration and Education Center - Heating/Cooling II As part of the redesign of the district office area, the Karlsruhe district is planning, among other things, the construction of a new service building to replace the previous development Location Beiertheimer Allee 2 in Karlsruhe. In the future, several offices will be combined at this location and a future-oriented new development will be created for the Karlsruhe district for around 1,000 employees. The use of the new building is planned, among other things, with public service areas of the Karlsruhe district office, public conference areas, office rooms, a company restaurant, seminar and Training areas for external tenants, a public underground car park, social rooms, Additional rooms, a daycare center and a vocational school in separate ownership. The building has an L-shaped floor plan with its greatest extent in the east-west direction (underground) of approx. 147m overall and a length in the north-south direction of approx. 87m. This floor plan extends underground to the 2nd basement and above ground to the 4th floor (low-rise building areas). From the 5th floor onwards, the building is reduced to the high-rise floor plan, which is located approximately in the center L-shaped low-rise building and has a rectangular floor plan of approx. 26.6m x 34.7m.
