Heating and refrigeration technology I
Karla Administrative and Education Center- Heating/Cold I
In the course of the new building of the building complex of the district office of Karlsruhe, the heating and refrigeration technology is to be produced for the entire building from mid-August 2025. This includes the execution of the headquarters inSubstace 01 and the entire line management for both low -rise buildings and the high -rise.
The scope of order for the "Heating/Cold I" Trade includes the following essential scope of services:
-1x water-water heat pump (
400 kW)
-1x district heating transition station
-2x brine water cold machine(
530 kW)
- 2x double block-V recooler
- 2x table refrigerator
- 2x layer buffer tank per 4,000 l
- 2x pressure levels
- 4x distributor
- 8x heat exchanger
- 2x fresh water station
- 2x buffer memory per 3,000 l
- approx. 30,000m Pipes
- approx. 11,600 pieces fittings
The generalSustainability requirements according to the LNB (guidelines for
sustainable building) as of 20.11.2023 are to be taken into account by the contractor.
The maintenance is taken into account as part of the offer rating, but it is not part of the order. The maintenance service will be separately after acceptancecommissioned to perform.
