Karlsruhe sewage treatment plant, delivery of powder activities for trace fabric removal.
Part of the 4th cleaning level is oneDosier system for powder activated carbon (PAK) for automatic PAK dosage. The PAK dosing takes place from two storage silos with 125 m3 volume each. These are located in the dosing hall of the adsorption (born G92). The silos are loaded over the unloading site in front of the building.Fill level measurements and overfill protection are available, as well as a filling blanket with shut-off fittings and fire brigade clutch Storz A (110 mm hose diameter) DIN 14323.
For the intended dosing quantity (approx. 1.4 t Pak/d), a delivery of approx. 15-20 t of Pak is required.
