Description:
Delivery of sodium hydroxide caution (NaOH 50%) for neutralization of washing rates from the flue gas and exhaust air cleaning.
Quantity: 660t for 18 months from 01.10.2025 to 31.03.2027 and with an option to another 6 months of contract term.
In the Karlsruhe sewage treatment plant, the washes have to go out of the exhaust air and flue gas wash can be neutralized by means of sodium hydroxide solution before they are added to the general wastewater cleaning process in the sewage treatment plant.
The sodium hydroxide solution to be delivered as aqueous solution (50%by weight) is filled into the warehouse tank via the discharge point on the east side of the chemical assembly station (born 71a) And to dose from here via the sodium laugedosing station at the necessary places. The warehouse tank has a volume of 20 m³ and is located in the hall of the chemical assembly station. Fill level measurements and overfill fuse are available, as well as filling blasts with shut -off fittings and Tank car coupling 3 ".
