- Delivery of sodium hydroxide caution (NaOH 50%) for neutralization of washing rates from the flue gas and exhaust air cleaning. Quantity: 660t for 18 months from 01.10.2025 to 31.03.2027 and with an option to another 6 months of contract term. In the Karlsruhe sewage treatment plant, the washes have to go out of the exhaust air and flue gas wash can be neutralized by means of sodium hydroxide solution before they are added to the general wastewater cleaning process in the sewage treatment plant. The sodium hydroxide solution to be delivered as aqueous solution (50%by weight) is poured into the warehouse tank via the discharge point on the east side of the chemical assembly station (born 71a) And to dose from here via the sodium laugedosing station at the necessary places. The warehouse tank has a volume of 20 m³ and is located in the hall of the chemical assembly station. Fill level measurements and overfill fuse are available, as well as filling blasts with shut -off fittings and Tank car coupling 3 ". For the currently required dosing quantities, a delivery of 20 t of the product is required 1-2 times per month. Offers are only approved as a total performance. The bidder has fundamental concerns about the advertised service immediately, at the latest when the offer was submitted, to display in writing. Later changes are at the expense of the contractor. The individual deliveries must be carried out in coordination with the client (AG) as soon as possible after access. The offer is sent electronically via the Subreport award platform to the Agency bonus according to the submission documents on the submission date. The contract is awarded the economically cheapest offer. The percentage of NAOH must be in the tolerance range of +/- 1% (49-51%). Offers outside of this tolerance area are excluded from the evaluation.
