- The roof renewal project for Hall 001 at the Kassel plant of Fahrzeuginstandhalte GmbH, Frasenweg 20 - 36, 34128 Kassel, envisages the renewal of the entire roof skin - horizontal building envelope in 2026 and 2027. The following lots are shown:
- Lot of scaffolding work with 7300 sqm of scaffolding in Sections/dividing into thirds, setting up floor and roof areas, setting up roof safety scaffolding, creating traffic openings, temporary walkways, spreading walkways, stair towers, etc. ; Provision of scaffolding etc.
- Lot of dismantling work in sections dismantling skylights, dismantling roof areas, temporary security measures, rainproof cover/weather protection, dismantling work of 5400 sqm of missing skylights, various roof components, dismantling of vertical window strips 1250 sqm; Roof construction like aluminum corrugation, insulation 4 cm, multi-layer sealing, wooden cladding approx. 15,600 sqm; the The demolition materials are disposed of by the client;
