Description:
With the present procedure, an office is sought for the implementation of the HOAI outdoor area planning stages 1-5 as part of the land use plan process for the development plan No. 165 "Neukirchener Ring".
KBE Neukirchen-Vluyn "Neukirchener Ring" - architects and engineering services for open areas
The SThe town of Neukirchen-Vluyn intends to develop a building area on an area that is currently used for agricultural purposes in order to provide broad sections of the population with housing and building opportunities through the sale of affordable land. The areas are owned by the city of Neukirchen-Vluyn and are planned as part of the development plan procedure No. 165. The aim is to create future-oriented and sustainable living space with a focus on multi-storey housing in Neukirchen-Vluyn. Approximately 180 residential units are to be built on the site. The subject matter of the service section is according to the appendixe 12 to Section 43 Paragraph 4 i. V. m. § 48 para. 5 HOAI the complete basic services of:
- Service phase 1 Basic determination
- Service phase 2 Preliminary planning
- Service phase 3 Design planning
- Service phase 4 Approval planning
- Service phase 5 Execution planning
Note: The commissioning of dThe LP 1-5 takes place shortly after the award decision and is used to create the development plan.
