The city of Kelsterbach is a city in the Hessian district of Gross-Gerau and is located directly southwest of Frankfurt, opposite the international Frankfurter airport.The project area is located in the northeast of the city of Kelsterbach and includes the "sports parking" and an adjacent residential area and includes a total area of approx. 10.5 ha. As part of the feasibility study, the following supply concept is to be examined and evaluated: Hybrid care conceptBased on two networks, each with different temperature levels. Several heat pumps deliver most of the heat (97.5 %). Groundwater is primarily to be examined as the heat source of the heat pumps. In order to cover the peak loads (2.5 %), a gas boiler or an electrical one could e.g.Heater are used. This can only be answered resilient after the exploration services.
