Description:
At the Kempten University of Applied Sciences, the new construction of the 6th construction phase is to take place in the course of this construction measure. This includes new buildings in particular for engineering and social sciences as well as central institutions. On behalf of the creation of the project document in accordance with RLBau 2020, Section E 2.1 For this purpose, a usable area (Nuf 1-6 in accordance with DIN 277) of 8,106 m2 and total costs (cost limit KG 200-700) of € 151.1 million.
The winners of the planning competition, the ARGE "Atelier30 Architects GmbH" and "Beautiful views of landscape architecture", which also with the planning of the project document have been commissioned for implementation, four self -contained buildings on the newly acquired plot of land between Immenstadterstrasse and Bahnhofstrasse.
