Description:
The existing buildings are two identical MUR small schools (mobile teaching units). These are assigned to the Konrad Wachsmann School. Both MUR buildings were built as three-story buildings with no basement between 1993 and 1995. The approximate dimensions of the H-shaped Floor plans each measure approximately 27.34 x 23.42 m. The construction was carried out using prefabricated construction, consisting of wall panels and ceiling panels in large panel construction. The MUR buildings are accessible via the west facades. The main entrance takes you directly to the respective stairwell. The Staircase accesses the ground floor, the 1st floor and the 2nd floor. The rooms on each level are accessed via large corridors. The surrounding walls of the stairwells and the flights of stairs are solid. All heating pipes and all radiators in the building will be complete dismantled up to the transfer/connection points. The dismantling of the pipeline insulation is carried out due to the expected contamination with pollutants after decontamination by building construction. The heating load of the building was determined in accordance with DIN EN 12831 based on the data to be handed over U-values calculated. The following room temperatures were assumed for the calculations: Type of room use Temperature (C) Classrooms / teachers' rooms 20 2 corridors / stairwells 15 Equipment rooms / technology 15 Toilets 20 rooms without constant occupancy 15 The minimum air change for natural ventilation wurde fuer alle Raume mit 0,5-fach/h festgelegt. Nach diesen Vorgaben ergibt sich eine Norm-Gebaudeheizlast, fuer beide Hauser zusammen von ca. 65 kW. Die Versorgung mit Warme erfolgt ueber die bestehende Nahwarmeversorgung vom Schul-Hauptgebaude aus. The connection points / performance limit are the respective earth cables in the HA rooms MUR 11 and 13. The heating energy required for room heating is distributed using a mixing circuit for each MUR building in the respective house connection room...
