The minimum purchase is one server, the estimated Purchase quantity with 4 servers and the maximum purchase quantity with 10 servers. The above Purchase quantities were estimated based on reasonable and prudent commercial judgment. With the exception of the minimum purchase quantity, the requirements cannot be determined bindingly at this point in time. The The expected purchase quantity cannot therefore be guaranteed. The LDI therefore reserves the right to exceed or exceed the estimated purchase quantity.
