Description:
The subject of the tender is demolition work on a one-storey kindergarten building from the 1970s with a gross floor area of approx. 520m2. The roof area of around 590m2 was completely renewed around 2000.
The main building was built in aluminum skeleton construction. The inner walls consist of press chips with intermediate insulation made of KMF. The outer walls are designed as an under ventilated construction with an external board formwork.
The building is supplemented by a subsequent connecting building in steel construction with a base area of approx. 20m2.
The demolition also includes a separate outbuilding with a base area of approx. 50m2, which was built in the same construction.
