- For the new construction of a daycare center in Grossenehrich, the outdoor area planning (landscape architect) according to § 39 HOAI is being tendered as lot 2.
KiTa Grossenehrich, LOT 2 - outdoor area planning
The rural community of Greussen intends to build a new daycare center in the Grossenehrich district Creation of approximately 50 places for children of all ages. Construction costs of approximately EUR 3.0 million including VAT were determined for the implementation of the entire project. As part of this VgV process, the city of Greussen intends to provide the property planning services to outdoor facilities (landscape architect). § 39 HOAI to be awarded. The services are awarded in stages, initially for service phases 1 - 4 (optionally 5 - 9). The following services will be tendered using additional procedures: - Lot 1, building object planning services in accordance with Section 34 HOAI, - Lot 3, structural planning in accordance with Section 51 HOAI, - Lot 4 Specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI, HLS The client reserves the right to commission individual or several service phases in stages until the construction project is completed. The basis for the order is the KVM contract template. Once the order has been placed, processing should begin immediately start. Current schedule: - until 10/26 planning services LP 1-3, - 11/26 approval planning, - 04/26 implementation planning LP 5, - from 05/27 tendering and awarding, - 07/27 start of construction, - 12/28 construction completion, ready for occupancy.
