Brief description Construction project:
Property:
- The city of Kyritz is located in the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district, in the northwest of the state of Brandenburg.
- The total size of the property is approx. 10.050 m2.
Extent construction work:
- The planning includes the demolition, conversion and new construction of the Kunter colored with neighborhood house, as well as the associated outdoor facilities.
Existing building:
- The 2-storey, road-side existing building for the after-school care center is converted in some areas, acoustically and energetically upgraded including new building technology.
- In addition, the building receives an elevator across all floors for a barrier -free Accessibility.
